Team members on a Brands plan are kept away from job boards and bounty creation, so your people are learning, not getting recruited.

No. There is no contract and no minimum term. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you want.

No. We don't take a percentage of salary or any other fee for hiring. The monthly fee you pay for hiring access is the only fee we ever charge you. Every hire you make is included in that monthly fee. There are no hidden fees, nothing managed through us, and no cut on the back end.

You own the talent 100%, and you will be responsible for paying the talent once you hire them.

Since Ecom University was previously EcomTalent (a video editing community) we are onboarding new brands to hire video editors every week from the waitlist.

But every other community is on 100% on wait list. As students work through the new modules we just released, you will be able to hire creative strategists, media buyers, content creators, and CRO specialists within th next 3-6 weeks.

EcomU For Brands starts at $2,000 a month for one community. If you want to hire / get access to multiple communities, there is a $5,000 a month package with unlimited hiring across all of them.

Ecom Bounty requires a minimum spend of $10,000 per day & works on a retainer + 10% of ad spend on Ecom Bounty created ads.

They are trained, but most people in Ecom University are newer to their role and will need ongoing support from you. We want to be upfront: this is more junior talent, not people you would headhunt. But what you get is hungry, driven talent who want to grow with your brand and are already investing in themselves to get better.

Nothing is stopping you, but it won't work. Our students know never to respond to Hiring DMs from brands, after the scams and horror stories we saw in our previous community, EcomTalent. If we find out you are trying to hire through the regular membership, you will be permanently banned.

You are more than welcome to. But, if you put your team the regular Ecom University membership plan, your team members will be exposed to a lot of high-quality job offers & other opportunities in the community. We are not responsible for other brands poaching your talent. The Brands plan exists so this isn’t a risk.

Once you're approved from the waitlist, you join Ecom University HQ, our private Discord for brands. You get your own private channel with our success team, access to the 3 hour long hiring masterclass video, and free program access for your team.

When you want to hire, you write your job post in a simple form. Our team reviews every post before it goes live, and then we post it on the job board of the right community. Students apply with one button. Every application comes straight to your channel and to your own dashboard, where you track each candidate.

This is an always-on hiring pipeline. Your post stays live in the community for as long as you're a member, so new students keep finding it and applying. Every week more students finish their training and join the community, which means fresh applicants keep coming in. When you fill the role, you mark it as filled and the post comes down. When you need someone new, you post again. You can post as many jobs as you need.

It depends on how many brands are ahead of you. We keep a wait list on purpose. We only let in as many brands as we have talent ready to hire. This way every brand that joins gets a fair chance to hire, and every job post gets strong applicants instead of getting lost among too many other brands. Most brands hear back within 1–3 weeks, depending on the demand.
