How does it work?
The Process

Inside you’ll find beginner-friendly training on how to think and work as a creative strategist for ecom brands, even if you’ve never done it before. You’ll get access to hours of content spanning topics including deep customer research, brief writing basics, directing editing teams, evolving AI best practices, and more.
The lessons start from zero and go one step at a time, in the order you actually need them. Along the way there are action items and quizzes, so you're applying it as you go instead of just watching.
We're actively testing our processes through real 8+ figure ecommerce brands, so everything you learn is what's actually working right now. This means the training keeps changing as the work does, instead of staying frozen the day it was recorded.
When you join, you stop walking this journey along. You gain access to a community of people going through it with you, real feedback, and an environment built to keep you showing up.
Watching videos alone won't make you good at this. Making ads will. So the program is built around two ways to practice.
1. Action items
Throughout the program, you’ll have action items where you practice making ads. You can then send your work for review in our Discord community, and get feedback from people who actually do this for a living.
2. Coming soon: the Ad Bounty Program
We’re building a program inside this community where ecommerce brands post bounties for the ads they need. This already exists in the Ad Creative Community and is coming soon to Creative Strategy.
You’ll make ads for real 7-9 figure brands with the potential to earn a % of ad spend if your ad hits. You can go solo or team up with an editor and take on a bounty together. The brand tests your ad with their own money, and if it drives sales, you earn a percentage of every sale it makes. The best part is that you keep getting paid for as long as your ad is running, and some ads run for 6 to 12 months.
Writing ads for brands is just the start.
Inside the community there's a marketplace where ecommerce brands post jobs and look for people to work with them directly.
Normally, landing a job like this means sending hundreds of cold applications, hoping someone reads them. Here, the brands are already inside, they already trust the program, and you apply with something no resume can beat: real action items and ads you already wrote. You're not telling a brand you can do the job. You're showing them you already did it.
This is how members of our community go from complete beginner to getting paid $3,000 to $15,000+ / month by ecommerce brands, working from wherever they are.
Learn the skill. Practice on real brands. Get hired by them.
All inside one community.

Kat

Hey, what’s up!
My name is Kat, I'm 24 years old and I live in Calgary, Canada.
I started marketing at university in 2020 and quickly discovered two things:
It was draining my bank account…
I was getting very little value out of it that I could actually use to make that money back.
So I decided that degree wasn't going to get me my dream life anytime soon. My mindset was.
I told myself I'd succeed no matter what, and that's the attitude that helped me talk my way into a job at the agency behind Evolve.
I had zero ecommerce experience, I’d never written an ad before… but I just believed I'd figure it out, and convinced them to take a chance on me.
That was 2 years ago now. Since then, I've gone from not knowing anything about ecommerce to scaling brands from $0 to $1.5 million per month in ad spend (in less than 6 months).
It’s not rocket science, it just takes a bit of strategy and a lot of determination.
I’m excited to show you how I did it - see you inside!

FAQs
Things you’re
probably wondering
Do I need any previous experience?
No. The program starts from zero and assumes you've never written a brief or done real market research before.

Is this the same as learning to edit or design ads myself?
No. There's a separate track inside Ecom University for that. This one teaches you the strategy and research behind the ad, the thinking that decides what gets made and why, not the editing or design work itself.

Do I need to know how to edit videos or design?
No, and that's not really the point of this program. You're not the one editing or designing the ad, you're the one telling an editor or designer exactly what to make and why it'll work. If you already edit or design, it'll help you understand your team better, but it's absolutely not required.

What do I need to have? Software, computer, camera?
Just a laptop/computer and internet connection. A laptop is strongly recommended since most of the tools work best on one, but you won't need anything fancy or anything you don't already have. We'll show you the tools we use in our process, like Milanote, ClickUp, and Claude, and you won't need to buy anything before you join. No camera needed.

I don't have much time. How many hours a week is this?
Plan for about an hour a day. The first 30 days are all about building the habit of showing up and doing the work every day, not about making money. Most people who dedicate an hour or two a day have watched the whole program and submitted their first real ads by the end of the month 1. If you have more time, you'll move faster.

Can I do this from anywhere?
Yes. We have members from Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, the US, and pretty much everywhere else. The brands don't care where you live. They care whether your ads work. Everything is in English though, so you'll need to be comfortable reading and writing it.

How fast will I make money?
Honestly: not in week one. The first ads you write probably won't be good, and that's normal. Most people who put in the daily work start seeing their first results around month two. Some faster, some slower. Anyone who promises you a number by a date is most likely lying to you. How fast you progress depends fully on you.

Is it really $97 a month? What's the catch?
Yes, and there is no upsell hiding behind it. The program, the community, the coaches, the Ad Bounty program and the job board are all included. There's no sales call and no application. You pay, you're in.

Why is it so cheap compared to other programs?
Transparently, we don't make our money from selling you a course. We make it from scaling ecommerce brands, and we built this because we couldn't find enough good people to hire. Every person who becomes a marketer through our program is someone we, or the brands inside the community, can work with. The only reason we have the price at $97/month is because we learned that this is the right spot for the program to be affordable while students still care about it. If we made it free, no one would take the program seriously. So you pay the price to pay attention, for your own good.

What if I get stuck or don't understand something?
Honestly, you just ask. Our Discord community is for exactly that. Your questions aren’t just going into a void, coaches who actually do this for a living are there answering. You'll also be surrounded by a community of hundreds of students going through the same journey as you.
